Tier A 60cm Dual-Head
Read: All four configurations use dual Epson i3200-series printheads at 60cm. Audley's published 4-pass spec runs faster than Prestige XL2's "production level" output. Entry Audley saves approximately $7,000–$8,000 upfront vs Prestige XL2, depending on which retailer you compare. Prestige XL2 bundles typically include starter supplies and on-site training; Audley bundles don't — we sell those separately and our supply pricing reflects that model.
Tier B 60cm Four-Head Production — Closest Configuration Match
Price position — where Audley 4-head sits relative to Prestige XL4 bundle range
$0$10K$20K$30K$35K
Audley 4-head set (with shaker) sits ~$8K–$17K below the Prestige XL4 bundle range, depending on which Prestige retailer configuration is compared.
Read: Same general class — 4-head, 60cm, industrial DTF production configuration with CMYKW color. Per published specs, Audley runs ~1.45× faster at matched pass mode. Control systems, supply ecosystems, and training structures differ between the two platforms; this is not an "identical machine" comparison.
Tier C Flagship Six-Head
Read: Per published specs, Audley 6-head runs ~1.9× faster at 22-40% lower price. Prestige X6 wins on two dimensions: 36" print width (for oversized jackets, blankets, hoodie backs — Audley's line caps at 60cm / 24") and a 9-color expanded gamut (for photorealistic color-critical work where CMYKW is insufficient). If either is required for your output mix, X6 is the right answer — not Audley 6-head.
Tier D 60cm UV DTF with Laminator
Read: Audley uses a higher-tier industrial printhead class (i3200 vs i1600) at 25% lower price. Prestige wins on expanded 8-color gamut.
Tier E UV Flatbed — Audley-Only
Prestige has no UV Flatbed line. For direct-to-object printing on metal, leather, acrylic, glass, ceramic, wood, phone cases, promotional items, or architectural elements, Audley's flatbed line (A3 $6,899, 9060 $21,999, 2513 $49,999) is the only option inside this comparison.
