DTFonestop Return & Refund Policy

General Guidelines:

  • Handling Time: Products not in stock have a handling time of 3-10 days. Please confirm with us for an accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA) before purchasing.
  • Shipping Insurance: We offer shipping insurance at checkout to cover theft, loss, and damage during shipping. This is highly recommended for high-value items like printheads and printers.

Returnable Items:

  • General Merchandise: All items, except for those specified as non-returnable, can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition.
  • Printheads: Printheads can be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Consumables: Items such as dampers, filters, tubing, wipers, and cappers cannot be returned if they have been used or contain ink.
  • Installation: You are responsible for proper installation. We recommend contacting a trained technician for assistance with the installation of complex components like printheads.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not returnable, except in cases of warranty issues.
  • Customer Remorse: Store credit will be issued for returns due to customer remorse. Printheads are only eligible for store credit and are not refundable.

Return Charges:

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless there was an error in the shipment.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned products, which is waived if the return is due to our error or a warranty issue.

Refunds:

  • Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within ten (10) business days.

Additional Terms:

  • Warranty Claims: For printheads, the warranty is valid for only 15 days post-purchase. Claims require an RMA report, which is final and takes 4-8 weeks to process. All shipping costs for RMA must be covered by the customer.
  • Equipment Sales: All equipment sales are final. No returns or refunds are permitted, but issues will be addressed under the warranty terms.

Policy for Specific Items:

  • Ink and Consumables: Must be returned unopened within 30 days. Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Parts and Accessories: Unused items can be returned for a refund; the customer pays for shipping both ways.
  • Equipment Sales: All sales are final; repairs are conducted under the warranty terms.
