Coverage Details
- Full Coverage, Excluding Printhead: Our warranty covers all machine components with the exception of the printhead, which is excluded. Every other part is backed to ensure peak reliability.
- Complimentary On-Site Repair: One on-site repair is available at no cost during the warranty period to minimize downtime and provide added convenience. Travel and lodging expenses are customer-paid, with additional on-site service available for an extra fee.
- Warranty-Approved Supplies: For warranty coverage, customers must use only DTFOneStop-approved supplies (e.g., inks, powders). Non-approved supplies may void the warranty, as we stand behind the quality of our supplies to optimize machine performance.
Warranty Duration
- 12-Month Warranty: Warranty protection is valid for 12 months from the date the printer is delivered to your business, ensuring long-term support for a full year.
Software and Support
- Included Flexi Software ($499 Value): Each machine is bundled with Flexi software for professional-grade color management and seamless DTF integration, so you can start producing vivid prints immediately.
- 18-Hour U.S.-Based Online Support Groupchat: Our skilled support team is available nearly around the clock, covering both day and night hours to keep you up and running. This extensive support is here to troubleshoot issues and provide quick solutions, so downtime is minimized.
Shipping and Handling
- Customer-Managed Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our repair center in Los Angeles, CA.
- Safe Return Packaging: Printers must be returned in their original packaging for protection. If the original crate is unavailable, a new one may be purchased for $600 plus shipping.
Exclusions and Limits
- Printhead Not Covered: The warranty does not cover the printhead or ink-related components.
- Customer Responsibility for Printhead Replacements: Printhead replacements are not covered under this warranty; these costs fall to the customer as they are considered regular consumables.
- Original Purchaser Warranty: Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser of the equipment.
Additional Terms
- Repair vs. Replacement: Equipment will be repaired where possible; replacements are issued only when repair is not feasible. Replacement units may be new or refurbished to like-new condition.
- No Loaner Printers: DTFOneStop does not provide loaner printers during repair or shipping periods.
- Return of Replaced Parts: Replaced parts must be returned within 15 business days, or replacement part charges will apply.
- DOA (Defective on Arrival) Coverage: If issues are identified within 10 business days of delivery, DTFOneStop will cover shipping costs for replacements. After 10 days, regular warranty shipping terms apply.
- Downtime Responsibility: DTFOneStop is not responsible for any losses or interruptions to business due to equipment downtime.
