  • Ink, Film, Adhesive: Orders received before 1:00 pm Los Angeles Time on business days will ship out the same day, ensuring quick delivery for essential consumables.
  • Complete Printers and Kits: Large equipment such as complete printers and kits are shipped directly from our Los Angeles warehouse. Delivery is typically within 3-7 business days for large printers and 5-10 business days for other kits. For real-time updates on processing times, please feel free to contact our support team.
  • Bundles: Enjoy free shipping on all bundles, allowing you to stock up with no added shipping costs.

Shipping Address Requirements

  • All printer orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card used for the purchase to ensure security and order accuracy.

Shipping Services

  • DTFOneStop will use the shipping service selected at checkout unless an equivalent service is required to meet your delivery timeframe.
  • Important: Once your order is handed over to the carrier, DTFOneStop cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. We encourage customers to consider potential carrier delays and plan accordingly.

Responsibilities and Charges

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for deliveries to and from DTFOneStop unless stated otherwise, such as free shipping on bundles.
  • Return Shipping: If any items are returned for repairs or warranty service, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the issue is covered under our DOA (Defective on Arrival) policy within the first 10 days.

International Shipping

  • Processing Time: International orders may require an additional 5 business days for processing.
